Top Ten Big Bang Theory’s You Should Watch

The Big BangTheory is a hilarious comedy starring Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik, and Melissa Rauch.  The show takes place in Pasadena California where Leonard, Sheldon, Raj, and Howard, who are four nerdy scientists, interact with their neighbor Penny. Here are the top ten episodes of the Big BangTheory from season one to season seven. These episodes will be ranked by their overall creativity and the mix of characters that are placed together. To be clear these rankings are 100% correct, just as the great Sheldon once said “Don’t you think if I were wrong I’d know it?

Number Ten- The Cornhusker Vortex.

In this episode Leonard has to learn about football to fit in with Penny’s friends. To learn this, Sheldon unexpectedly comes to the rescue and shows his uncanny knowledge of football. After he understands the rules of the game, Leonard puts his knowledge to use. He ends up just spouting random football facts and ultimately makes a fool out of himself in front of Penny’s friends. Sheldon knowing about football is completely absurd, which makes this episode hilarious.

Number nine- The Barbarian Sublimation.

After Sheldon introduces Penny to the world of online gaming, she is instantly addicted. She no longer prides herself on how she looks, how her apartment looks (not that she does that anyway) , and disregards the rest of the world. She doesn’t even have time for her current boyfriend. Penny’s attitude would not lead you to believe that she would be in love with video games which makes this one of the top ten episodes.

Number eight- Pancake Batter Anomaly.

After Penny returns from her vacation, her stories of her entire family getting sick horrify Sheldon. He takes drastic measures like doing experiments on his throat, and habitually spraying Fabreze  to ensure he stays healthy. However, he gets sick anyway. Howard, Raj, and Leonard hide so they do not have to take care of the sick, whiny Sheldon. Once again, Penny and Sheldon have to solve their problems as a team.

Number seven- The Cooper Extraction.

While Sheldon is away in Texas, he struggles through the sight of his sister giving birth. Meanwhile, the gang has a Christmas party. Amy reminds everyone that Sheldon is important in their lives whether they want to admit it or not. This episode features Stuart, a sad comic book store owner who has few friends. He tries to put himself into everyones flashbacks while they remember times when Sheldon impacted their lives which is outrageously funny.

Number six- The Work Song Nanocluster.

Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, and Raj help Penny with her product, Penny Blossoms. They go too far by trying to add conveyor belts in her apartment. When they get an order for two thousand Blossoms, the gang sets to work and are up all night. Sheldon is introduced to coffee, which makes him go wild with a caffeine buzz. He puts on his Flash costume and he thinks he can run faster than the speed of light which made me laugh out loud.

Number five- Classified Materials Turbulence.

Howard’s space toilet malfunctions and he has to fix it before it explodes in the International Space Station. The gang has to help him fix it or the zero gravity waste disposal system will become a zero gravity waste distribution system. As Sheldon states in the episode the space toilet humor never gets old.

Number four- Locomotive Manipulation.

Amy and Sheldon join Howard and Bernadette on a vintage train for Valentine’s Day dinner. While on the train Sheldon meets a man that may be the only one alive that loves trains as much as Sheldon does. Amy is very angry with Sheldon for ditching her. In the end they make up and she and Sheldon seal their love with a kiss. The friend that Sheldon meets is very funny because of his goofy demeanor and his vast knowledge of useless train facts.

Number three- Romance Resonance.

Sheldon discovers an element. But he made a mistake in his math. He becomes disheveled and he will never forgive himself. He even gives up science. When Leonard calls Sheldon’s mother his stage of emotional instability is cured. Any episode in which Mrs. Cooper is in is hilarious and I’m giving her and her son a spot at number three on my top ten list.

Number two- Friendship Algorithm.

Sheldon needs time in the lab in where Barry Kripke is in charge. Kripke does not like Sheldon very much and visa versa, so Sheldon must befriend him to gain lab space. However, Sheldon is so inept socially that he comes up with a formula for making a friend. Kripke and Sheldon feuding earns this episode the number two spot of the top ten Big BangTheory episodes.

Number one- Scavenger Vortex.

In this episode Raj makes a scavenger hunt for the gang to take part in. The pairings are very funny including; Leonard and Bernadette, Sheldon and Penny, and Amy and Howard who steal the show when they find out about each others’ Neil Diamond obsession. Their singing and Raj’s creative mind earn this episode the spot of the numero uno Big BangTheory.
